    Progress bar issue

Asked by hphanpeterson on September 23, 2014 at 07:44 PM

    Hi,

I am using the iFrame embed on a wordpress website. I am having the following problems.

    1) I have placed my progress bar to the bottom of the page. So, whenever there is a validation error     and an error message is displayed, the progress bar is pushed down and only slightly visible.

I have attached a screenshot of that problem.

    2)

After I enter the required field information I have to click the 'next' button twice to move to the next page.

Can you please help with this problem.

     Thank you.

    Hello,

I have moved the page break and validation error issue (#2) to this thread so that we can address it effectively - http://www.jotform.com/answers/433589

About the hidden position of the progress bar when the validation error message is displayed, I'm sure some CSS manipulation can correct this.

Kindly share the URL of your WordPress website where the form is - and we will take a look, examine the behavior and recommend some corrective measures.

We look forward to your response.
