    form formating

Asked by NFAbby on September 12, 2011 at 07:05 PM

    hey,

I want to put my terms and policies into a form and just have a text area where the client types in initials and submits.  Obviously it is a lot of text so it can't fit in the standard label box.  Is there a feature that would allow me to accomplish this?

    Thanks

    Hi NFAbby,

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

You can do that in your form through a textbox field itself. Just right-click on a field and select Properties. Paste your Terms and Policies in the Question box.

Here is a link of an example that I've made. http://www.jotform.com/form/12551622648?

    Thanks brx250.
Yes, I love your products!  Started with pmp3 and I appreciate that jotform is free.  Great tool.
I think I like the option in the second link you gave better, where there is a link to the t and c.  I'll try working with that option.
