I see that you are account has already received 11 SSL submissions. Since the free account is limited to receive only 10 SSL submissions, the forms shall be disabled once reaches the limit.

This could have happened due to sharing the SSL enabled JotForm URL or embedded on the webpage. Please recollect where you have embedded the JotForms with SSL enabled and replace them with normal links. If you are not sure, please provide us with the website links where the JotForms are embedded so that we can take a look for you.

Please get back to us if you need further assistance. We will be happy to assist you.

I appreciate the response, thanks Kiran.

The form link in question was embedded in an email and sent to a few people. I will double check the links, I have done this before and never had a problem. If I currently have a few active forms that receive a small amount of submissions on a website, how long will the rest of the forms be disabled ? Everything has been working perfectly for over 12 months or more..

    Regards

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan.

If your account reaches 10 SSL submissions in a one months time your forms will be locked due to the limit on the free account. If that happens you can subscribe to the higher package or wait for the billing month to end, after this your forms would be enabled once again and you would be able to get 10 SSL submissions once again.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
