The first column of my excel spreadsheet export does not appear

Quando peço para baixar a planilha Excel,  a primeira coluna não aparece. 

Preciso desta Planilha com urgência.

I tested an excel export from that form's submissions - and the first column was indeed empty:

From the submissions page, kindly activate the submission date information as shown below, then try the excel export download again as shown below:
