JotForm does not obey my new Thank You URL direct.

    it keeps using the original one.

    This is a big problem..It brings me back to the test site and not the production site.

    In order for us to look deeper into this, we might need additional details regarding your issue. This can include the embedding method used and the URL of the website where the form is embedded to. If you could do so, that would be great.

    I used the iWeb HTML widget to include on my webpage. It worked perfectly before. I tried using new source code...that also failed.

    I have my production site at Media Temple as a dot com ... my test site is on godaddy as a dot net.

    Hi there,

    After checking your form, I've seen that you have a Condition that conflicts your redirect Thank you page. I suggest you delete the condition, copy the new code, and replace the old one from your website.

    Clear your cache and try to revisit the page. This should solve your issue.

    It worked perfectly. I think as I added the 2 new forms somehow the program created a condition ??

    All conditions were removed from the form's controls.

    I learned something....Check everything.

    Hi Zata,

    JotForm cannot create any conditions without the user's prior notice, perhaps you or somebody has accidentally created the condition before. However, what important is that everything's working fine now.
