I already installed, uninstalled the app for the fifth time with the same results. I can log in and out from the web app from various platforms and browsers including Ubuntu Linux using firefox browser but NO luck with the Android App. Also I verify the forums in the Play Store and there are literally dozens of users reporting the same issue since 2013. Please provide a more sounding advice.

I presume that you have already done this, but I would just like to check.
When you have uninstalled the app on your Android, did you clear all of its settings and cache or did you leave it?
Sometimes even if you uninstall the app, it does not remove its cache so it is good to try that as well, before removing the app itself.
On the Yahoo link you have the steps needed to do this, laid out in an easy to follow manner.

Hello Ben and Thanks to you and your team.
Update: (Apologies for my English) I create another account (Sub user) with another username but using the same password (I was pondering it the issue has something to do with special characters on password strings) I tried to login with this subuser account that is NOT connected with Google Apps and IT WORKS!!!
I also test it on iOS(iPad mini) and it works...
For your information I have five (5) Jotform accounts (2) Premium connected with Google Apps, One Premium (1) not connected with Google Apps and 2 sub users. The ones connected with Google Apps fails to login from iOS App and from Android App.

OK, thank you for updating us.
Can you please tell me if you can log in through the site to the accounts that you can not log in over iOS and Android?
Once you log in to those accounts through the web browser, do try logging out and logging in with your Android/iOS.
In the mean time I would raise a ticket for our developers to get familiar with this.

Hello again Ben: Already try that. The results are the same. In fact I'm logged in into the webapp using one of the Google Apps Accounts. So there is NO problem with the Webapp, the problem is with the mobile apps.

There was already a bug ticket submitted about this issue.
The issue is now being look at by our developer assigned to the ticket report.
We will let you know here for any update on the status as soon as available.
