When the recipients of a form fill a table containing numerical data, all fields repeat the number in the last column. How do I fix this problem?

If you could please give us an example of numbers repeating in a column after a submission has been sent, we will be happy to see what is causing this behavior.   Just let us know which form you are working on, if there is a widget you are using to create the columns, and where the numbers are showing up, we will see what we can find.
