Help - I cannot log in anymore and my form does not work

    Hi together,

    I have a big problem - I cannot log in anymore.

    Taking my correct name and password I cannot click "log in" cause there is a yellow writing over the buttons "are you new here?" (in German).

    And on my hp there is no form anymore although the link is still there...

    It's really important for me, people are waiting to fill out the form...

    Please help me!

    Hi omamo,

    After typing your username and password, please press the Tab key twice then the return key (or Enter key). You may also use another web browser and see if the "are you new here" text is no longer blocking the Sign In button.

    no - when I press the Tab Key, my password gets another point after it, if I press the 2 time, the same... result: wrong password... :-((

    When I change to internet Explorer it works normally.

    But I do not use IE normally - i prefer Firefox (latest version).

    So - will I have to use IE only for jotform or will there be a compatibility again for FF some day?

    Hi,

    You can still use Firefox. Just press Enter to log in when you're done filling up your username and password. I will also submit a ticket to have this issue rectified. Thank you very much for using JotForm!
