I am experiencing 15-20 minutes before someone fills out my form and I receive the email. Any ideas?

I've sent a test submission to the form and immediately I checked for email history to see if the email delivered. I was able to see that the email delivered as soon as we receive the submission.
The latency could be due to the email server. I request you to go through the guide on setting-up-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues and follow the instructions provided. Also, Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses should help in avoiding some issues with receiving emails.
