Can JotForms be filled out on tablets or phones?

Where can you fill out Jot Forms?

Specifically, can JotForms be filled out on tablets or phones? I have had numerous people tell me that when they can access and fill out their JotForms on devices other than a computer, but once they hit submit the screen goes white and nothing actually gets sent. Is this a coding issue or is their a way that we can make our submission form more tablet/smart phone friendly?

The forms are mobile friendly by default, but there are different factors that might affect the form usability.

In your case, the issue seems to be related to the embedding method. The Lightbox/Feedback forms are not quite optimized for mobile devices.

You might try the following:

1) Add a Mobile Responsive widget to the form (it will improve layout on mobile devices).

2) Use some other embedding method. For example, you can try a Pop-up, iFrame or direct link to the form.
