How do I retrieve a prior version of a form that was SAVED but is not displaying the saved updates?

Asked by lswo on September 24, 2014 at 04:24 PM

Even though I saved changes I made to a form, those changes no longer display.  I revised the form and pressed SAVE as I added sections and made modifications.  A much earlier version of the form is currently being displayed.

A history of form updates are included in the attached file.  I took a break from working on the form at 13:53.  When I returned to work on the form at 14:28, the form displaying was that of a much earlier version and not the version that was saved at 13:53.

I would like to access the file version that was saved at 13:53 or any version just prior to that time.

I must be able to rely upon the SAVE function for a form otherwise valuable time will be lost.

You can actually revert your form back to any previously saved revision.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

After selecting a form on My Forms page click "More" and then select "Revision History".
    form revisions
On the left side, you will see a list of revisions for your form.

Please let us know if you are still unable to find the revision you are looking for and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
