How to put a condition accordingly the matrix values?

Hi

The need of our form is to make the client to have an attention /to make the form filling easy.

the form contains the matrix 1.5.  Learner's details

and whenever the facilitator is entering the details of (individual learner's) in the form after completed the (matrix1.5. Learner's details),

Is there any option to get the facilitator to know about that  by a pop up window/a message  contains -there is another (Individual learner details )the facilitator need to complete in the form (condition applied -by adding the total number of learners in the learner details matrix).

So far, the most that I understand is that you want to use the value of a Matrix field into a Conditional Statement.. is this correct?

Hi In this edit form of a test http://submit.myjotform.com/form.php?formID=41892132684560&sid=287454909665822964&mode=edit I have entered 3 learners name and their details in table (1.3)(Page 2).But with out noticing properly the total number of learners i have entered when filling the form , i didn't complete the table ( 3. Individual content (gathered at end of programme via the evaluation) (Page 9). -of the learner 3.Because I have opted NO in radio button (ie Learner 3 -NO), I couldn't fill the at page 9.But this issue is happening for the clients who enters 5 or more learners , they forget to complete the Pages ie 3. {Individual content (gathered at end of programme via the evaluation) Rating scale 1= Poor, 2= Fair, 3= Good, 4= Excellent} for the next learner if there. So what i suggest is : A condition that apply in Matrix table( 1.3-Learner details) to calculate the total number of rows entered . this value could see while filling the page of individual learners( 3. Individual content (gathered at end of programme via the evaluation) so they will aware of filling the remaining number of learner's ((3. Individual content (gathered at end of programme via the evaluation)) Is there any way to show a Message box that shows (remaining learner's details 3. Individual content (gathered at end of programme via the evaluation) have to fill.

I am sorry, but I am not able to understand exactly what you would like to achieve.

Please correct me if I understood it wrongly, what I think that you want is to set conditions that would not allow the users to continue unless they fill out the "3.2 Evaluation of programme impact"?

Or to allow them to continue but not be able to submit until that is filled out?

Also, after cloning your jotform it is a bit hard to find and try to set the conditionals as all fields are named the same. What I would suggest is to create a simpler jotform that is to be shown on the other - parent jotform, allowing you to copy the same set of fields several times while in the same time making it easy to add any changes to the fields as there is only one set of them.
