I received it fine but was expecting to be able to press submit and send it straight back. How do I set it up so I received the filled in forms please? Thank you!

Hello Instep,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say that how you can receive the submission data in your email?
I did check your JotForm and found that you have not added any "Submit" button in your form yet. Please be noted that for the submission data to be captured, the form needs to be actually submitted. I would suggest you to please add a "Submit" button in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
I have anyway added the submit button in your form now.
To submit your form, you have to embed your form in your web page or access your form with its direct URL. The following guide should help you on how to embed your form in your web page: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page
To test your form, you should click on the "Preview" button of your form editor, input the values in your form fields and then click on the submit button. Please check the screenshot below:
I have sent you a test submission. Can you please check your inbox and let us know if you have received the submission email or not?
Thank you!
