Adding to this thread with another admin not being able to see a form (http://form.jotform.us/form/42588095063158) in their sub-account (Username: SMUOIPD). She's cleared her cache, history, etc.; closed out of the browser; restarted her machine.
Can you clear JF cache as above?

I see that the concerned form is not shared with the sub-user and hence she is not able to view the form.
I've given the permission to view the submissions for this form and it is now showing in her account.
Please check and let us know if you need further assistance.

Ah! Thank you, Kiran. Sorry, sorry, sorry. Our fault totally. We have to remember that even though we move a form into a folder in our MyForms section, that the form permissions are not being set.
I will remind my colleague.
