I'm trying many times to delete the api code, the integration, and do it again from the beginning in different ways. from the form builder and from the page app. The result is always the same
I noticed that in the app page I cant click on Remove from that form that I selected but only on other added after.
And also sometimes I get this error trying to connect the integration "error creating web hooks"
Please tell me if there is a way I really need it

I was able to replicate this issue
There must be an object in your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42677864210357 that is causing this.
Can you also try using a different jotform?
Please try integrating to Google Contacts a basic jotform (that only have Full Name, Email, Address field). Let us see if the integration will still have same result.
Unfortunately, I am not able to determine which code/object is causing it.
I will elevate this issue to our next level support so that it can be investigate thoroughly.
We will notify you here for status update when available.

Please edit your form and then click on Integrations. On the 'Other' tab, scroll down and you will find Web Hooks.
Open it and delete the web hook URL with value http://googlecontacts.jotform.io/jotform_integration/webhook_callback.php
In additon, please make sure you have removed the integration on both (WebHooks and Google Contacts) before running the integration again.
With this case at hand, I'll see to it to improve this integration to be able to serve better.
If you have further questions or concerns, please do let us know.

thank you for you answer. I did again what you asked: removed the integration on both (Web Hooks and Google Contacts) before running the integration again.
Need to run the integration more than one time because after the wizard it says "Congratulations! Your form is now integrated with Google Contacts"
if I go again in the Integrations tab it has not the "Connected" text in green and if I click it ask me again to Autentichate and do the wizard for choosing the destination folder and the fields.
After that receive the error

I tried to remove again the web hooks URL, I'm suspecting that there's a need to clear the cache next. Can you go to your myforms page and then back to editing the form and run the integration process again?

I've just done also in this way. Occurs the same error.
Something new: removing the address label that was added automatically in the wizard,
I get for the first time a contact in Gmail!
But in the wiard I also choosed
Phone(Home) -> Fisso
And I get a contact with just Name Surname and Phone(Home) ...no more (Not all the fields set in the wizard)
...and not for all the submissions! (I've just tested a new submission and it didn't send anything to Gmail contacts)
So something is working, but not in the good way
Thank you for your help if you can try to fix it.

Thanks for these details, QueensAcademy.
I'm looking into the cause of this. Will let you know as soon as possible.

I'm trying with a easy Jotform (name/surname , phone and email) that also get the error after the wizard but seems to work, sending contacts to gmail.
In the wizard I set the same fields to the equivalent in Gmail contact's field.
1) Name Surname
If my submission has all the fields (1)(2)(3) everything is good, if I put just name(1) and phone(2) too
If I put a submission that has no phone, I don't receive the contact in Gmail with just email(just 1 and 3).
I suppose there is a kind of interruption, something like if the field are required in the order that I choose.
Maybe from this easy test you can find easily where is the problem.
I would be happy if I can help you to fix it
Thank you again

Hello again, QueensAcademy.
I've made a minor fix. Can you please try doing an integration again? There was a minor glitch that caused the problem when the form has no submissions. I'll also check to see the issues that you also observed.

I removed both, and did again the integration. I don't get more "error creating web hooks"
the integration still have problem working.
It doesn't like adding fields to send to gmail, 1 or maximum 2...no more.
Sometimes is not sending at all if the field comes before (as I described in the example in the last post.)
Hope you can fix it

Hello again, QueensAcademy.
This should work fine now even if you just enter the name values, it should add this time to the address book. No need to do another integration this time.
If in case you are to do an integration, I recommend to please use an address form element under the quick tools instead of a single line text box.
Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

I 've done some test more. The integration is working always better. It is sending the contact also if the submission has less values filled, is sending the address.
It is still not working if I want to send, as in the case of my jotform, more than one phone number (ex one for home and one for mobile)
Check it and let me know
Did a very good job,

I tested this as well using a copy of your form and it looks like it's partly working.
However, it seems that perhaps something is still wrong since I'm experiencing an issue where I see the phone number and email didn't receive the correct values on my end.
I'll look into it some more while checking with our dev about it again just to see since perhaps I might not have the same configurations as you do on your end if different.
Example of what I received:

This is now fixed. However, the issue about the notes is one thing I have not yet resolved. But the rest of the details should be working now. I've also added a little bonus of implementing the birth date field to match with a JotForm datetime field.
