J'ai perdu mon formulaire -- form under Guest account is gone

    Bonjour, j'ai mis des semaines à concevoir mon formulaire et en voulant le modifier dans jotform ce matin, je constate qu'il a tout simplement disparu !!! J'en ai impérativement besoin dans les heures qui viennent.

     

    Je vous demande de bien vouloir rétablir en urgence mon formulaire confectionné il y a deux ou trois semaines.

    If I am not mistaken, I think you were looking for this jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42681707908362  which you have created using only a Guest account.

    Unfortunately, forms under Guest accounts usually expires or get deleted after 7 days. This could be the reason that jotform had already disappeared.

    I am sorry, but unfortunately the only option for now is to create the form again using your new registered account.

    Merci Jonathan pour votre réponse. Je vais donc m'enregistrer définitivement et refaire le formulaire MAIS je voudrais garder les mêmes "english" et le même Mail et le même mot de passe.

    Pouvez-vous donc m'effacer complètement de Jotform pour que je puisse recréer le même profil mais cette fois en m'enregistrant de façon définitive ?

    Thanks Jonathan for your answer. I go now to register myself in a definitive way and build once again the formulaire BUT i would really like to conservate the same "english" same email address and the same password.

    So I think you'd better destroy my profile and then I could create the formula ire using my old english, email address and password.

    Just want to confirm before proceeding that you want to delete your guest account and re-use your email lu*****.se****i**i.l@free.fr? Or the email that you want to re-use is the one in this account CompagnieLEmbellieTurquoise?

    The best thing to do is that you delete all about me...

    For my new account, I'd like to register me like that :

    "English" : CompagnieLEmbellieTurquoise

    Mail : c*e.l*******e.t*******e@gmail.com

    and I will of course change my old password when I register once again

    One more important think : lu*****.se****i**i.l@free.fr is my personnel adress mail and I don't want to use it to receive submissions. I want to receive submissions on c*e.l*******e.t*******e@gmail.com

    Actually no need to delete and recreate an account if the username you want is CompagnieLEmbellieTurquoise and email:c*e.l*******e.t*******e@gmail.com.

    It is already created all you need to do is just change your password if that is what you want. If I delete this CompagnieLEmbellieTurquoise you can no longer use that username if you register again. That would also include the email so both of username and email won't be available anymore.

    Ok thank you. So I conserve all but i'm going to change my password and I'll tell you if it's ok.

    And tell me if I need to change something else to have a definitive profile on jot form;
