How to change email address of Email Alert Notification

I created a test using my email as IT manager and got everything set up and now I want to change the email for the Email Alert Notification to the Art Director's email address, but having trouble figuring it out or seeing where I can do this. Thanks!

Finally found it! I thought that was for the sender to receive notification that his email was sent.
