Where do you go to layout everything the way you want it to print?
And, can I make that "print layout" the same as the "display layout"?
    Thanks, Ben!

    Hi KC,

The print layout is actually made by custom CSS queries, Media Print queries. You have to inject some media queries to your form that would target fields and change its layout with printed.

We can help you add this media queries to your form, but since you have a long form, we cannot guarantee that we can deliver it on a short period of time.

    Thank you!

Are you saying that you're able to create my form for me so it looks (as
best possible) as it currently is here:

    Hi Ken,

I was able to see the PDF form using the URL you provided.

We can do assist you with some facet you in creating your jotform, but we cannot do all of it.

At some point you must also use the form builder and start creating your jotform. You can also simplify that task by using existing jotform templates in the JotForm Templates Gallery.

Our colleague Welvin did mentioned that we can provide you assistance with the CSS code needed to come up with a print output need for your jotform.

Just update us after you have done the form and we will assist on area that you find difficulty applying/using on the form.
