When I click the 'register button' is a little flash of a warning that I can't read

The other think I am seeing when I click the 'register button' is a little flash of a warning that I can't read. Pressing the registration link a second time seems to work.  Any ideas on this, or where I might look to see the message?

It seems to be some script conflict error. This could be due to we have several widgets on the same page. Let me check which part of the form/widget is causing the issue and get back to you with relevant information.

Thank you for being patient. I've tried removing and adding the widgets time zone, checklist that resolved flashing error message on the first 2 pages and proceeding to the next page on single entry. However, I see the error message is still flashing on the last page which is due to the terms widget. But it is not stopping to submit the form. Removing this widget didn't make any difference in submitting the form except for flashing error message.

If you do not want to have this flashing message at all, you may consider using our other Terms & Conditions widget which is required to have an external link to display the terms.
