Getting a Forbidden Error 403 when trying to download PDF

    Hello, I am getting a Forbidden Error 403 when trying to download PDF from thank you form link. EMBED

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having this trouble. I tested your form and I reproduced the same issue.

    I think this error occurred because you are not logged in to the Jotform account on the same window where you are trying to download the files. I would recommend disabling the Require log-in to see submissions and Require log-in to view uploaded files on the Account Settings.
