Unable to retrieve JotForm account password

    I have requested my forgot password but never received email

    Please avoid opening several tickets related to the same issue so that we can properly help you.

    Now I understand that you were not able to reset your password before, but I urge you to follow the instructions there and see if this time it works for you.

    I would suggest resetting by entering your username instead of email.
