I just received an email saying my account has been deactivated and to upgrade. But I have already upgraded to a Premium account.
It's very important that my forms are working, so could you please check this and make sure my account is currently activated?

I am not able to find any account with this email except a guest account without any JotForms in it. Could you provide us with the user name or email so that we can the information for you? It would be fine if you can provide us with any of the form ID from your account.
