    Adjust width of textbox in Configurable List widget

    Asked by Ray on September 28, 2014 at 03:51 AM

    I'm having trouble adjusting the width of my second textbox.

    I have two textboxes, but only wish for the second to have an increased width.

    So far I have tried .col1 {

    width: 600;

    but it only seems to change the width of the space, rather than the actual textbox...

    This is a re-post of a comment on How to Set Up the Configurable List Widget

    Hi Ray.

    You have mentioned second textbox and the css that is styling first column with a textbox and in the style of your jotform I have found a style that should apply to textarea.

    Because of this I have now added styles for both the textarea and the textbox (input) elements.

    You can see it working here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42703712518956

    This is the actual style:

    .col1 input[type="text"]
    .col2 textarea
    resize: vertical;

    Now the .col1 input will change the width of your first column textbox

    the .col2 textarea will change the width of your second column textarea. I have also limited its resizing to only vertical.

    Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
