Not receiving emails in timely manner

Hi

I receive the test email from the form immediately but real example seems to be taking a long time.

Have you a solution please ?

Your form got 2 email notifications, one is setup with noreply@jotform.com as the sender email. The other one is setup to email address services@********lean.com

So this is a custom SMTP server configuration, that can be the reason.

To have a faster one, you can just use noreply@jotform

You can also apply this workaround.
