Can Jotform validate a user and email to enter to a member page?

Hi i am trying to make a form that can my employees can enter to their page, how can jotform help me to authorized or validate that user?

Example:

1.- User: employee01 (this is validate alfanumeric)

2.- Email: adam@employee.com (this is validate by email)

3.- captcha: seed

4.- Send: here i put the link to their page, but the problem is that anybody can enter to our page, how can jotform can validate that user and email?
