Is there any way to change the fields when using Stripe payment

4- Is there any way to change/add the fields at the Stripe/ payment to work with the limo service business?

as they are using different terms , beside I know that Stripe can complete the function manually later one, so the customer would regester his CC and I complete the payment later on. Usually in the limo business we offer a service and sometimes customers keep cars longer time or make extra stops and so on. I therefore would like it to be more flexible if possible.

Sorry but built in fields on any of the payment tools including stripe can't be modified. You can't add or change the fields in any way. We just don't allow it. However, it is possible to pass custom field on stripe. You can set it under it's properties.
