Hi,
I took a look at your jotform and found the reason why your field was shown.
It seems that you have duplicated the field of "Providence, Ri" for "Raleigh, NC" so the field that was supposed to be shown when "Raleigh, NC" was selected did not have any conditions for it, hence always being shown.
I have corrected this for you and you can see it here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42713935772966
If you like you can just clone it over How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
Or if you would like to fix this in your own jotform then you should:
1. open the conditions and
2. go to your saved conditions.
3. Find the condition number 27 - condition for "Raleigh, NC" and change its parameter under SHOW.Do let us know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards,
Ben -
