Moving a jotform from a guest account to my accountAsked by ScottBVC on September 29, 2014 at 11:29 AM

You can follow the instructions on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page to clone the form you created (by using the URL you provided) and save it into your account.
Please take a look at it and if you have any questions, please post them here.
Since that form is indeed registered to a guest account associated with your IP. I went ahead and moved it to your main account. You should now find it there and be able to use it as normal.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.
