Yes, there is a way. Let me come up with a form example for you in a moment

Ok, here is how:

1. Add radion buttons with yes/no answer to the form:

 

Make an autoresponder this way:

 

Now, go and create a Send an Email After Submission condition.

 

And set it this way:

IF Do you want to get a receipt for your donation? field IS EQUAL to YES

Then send Thank you for donating email to {emailvariable}*

(*) Email variable belong to email question in the form and it is set by default, so do not change it, just leave whatever the system assigns.
