    Some users can't access our jotform (embedded or regular)!!! Is there a fix?

    You guys have been really good about answering questions, so here it goes:

     

    We use jotforms to gather contact info etc. We embed our links to our website  (which normally works great) and then email that link to our users. Recently we've received a few (isolated) incidents where users are being brought to a dead page. We assumed the problem was with our iframe and sent the direct jotform link via link to their email. Still no luck. We're thinking this could be a firewall problem on the users' side, but were just wondering if this has happened before and if there is a fix.

    Hi,

    First off, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. It does seem to be a firewall problem, however, I can see a lot of other possible reasons as to why this is happening.

    Is it just a single form which they cannot access? Have you tried sending them a link to a different form, just to test if the problem is specific to a particular form?

    It could also be just a case of faulty browser settings. Can you please ask your users to try a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari? Let us know the results afterwards.

    Can you please open a new thread and provide us information such us formID (or URL) and also if the form is already embedded, please provide us with your page URL
