    Hi again Martin

Thanks for asking. Yes this is quite doable. Actually, I think quite a few of our users configure their forms to send notifications of submissions to themselves and auto-reponses to users. By default, each form has notification configured to be sent to the email address on record at JotForm. Its default subject line states New submission: {form_title} but both the email address and Recipient Address can be changed to suit your requirements.

To change the subject of the email, do the following:

    1. Load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Email Alerts

    2. Click the notification

    3. The Compose Email screen loads with the subject highlighted. So, just type Reservations and if you don't need to change the recipient address, click "Finish"

    4. To create the autoresponder, click Email Alerts again > Add New Email > Autoresponder E-mail > Next > Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    5. If it's not already selected, change the Recipient E-mail to the field in which users will enter their email addresses and then click "Finish" and save the form

Please see the following page in our user guide:

Understanding Reply-To and Recipient Settings on E-mail wizard

If you need additional help wth this, please let us know. The team will be glad to assist you.

Thanks for your response Wayne, appreciated.

Just one other question, is it possible to test the form without using any submissions?
