Customize a Form

I am using the infinite list for on my web site.  I like the form layout and function.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/42717340514146"></script>

There are four fields that the customer can fill out (as much info as they can) to receive a quote and info on a product.

Is it possible to....instead of the customer having to type in the Fabric, Color, Size and Quantity, is it possible to change this so there is a check drop down to select from so they can select one or many items?

    For example:

Instead of the customer typing in "Polyester", there would be a multiple check-off/select "all that apply" kind of drop down (I hope I'm providing a understandable description) so they will see all the fabrics we offer and just pick one or many all at one time.

This is particularly important for the "Size" selection.  My professional customers know what to put in this field, my over-the-counter customers do not generally.  Size and Fabric choice determine cost to the customer, so these two fields need to be accurate in the customer request.  If if even two of the four fields could be drop-down that would be great.

If it is easier, call 407-886-2225

    Thank you...great site, great service

    Hello BrassPinLinen,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to allow your users to select options for fabric, color and so on instead of then typing it? Is that correct?

I would suggest you to use "Configurable list" widget instead of "Infinite List". Configurable list widget will allow you to configure the input type of your form fields to drop down field or any other input type. That should solve your problem.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!
