    I am not receiving the form notifications to my e-mail

    Hi, I am not receiving my notifications to my e-mail address only sometimes. This just started happening. I have just upgraded my account. This is the 2nd time that I am contacting your company. The first time I was told to check my spam mail which isnt the case as I check my spam mail fequently. The 2nd think I was told is to change the e-mail alerts - notification - reply to receipt settings - and change sender e-mail to jotform....I did that and it still doesnt work. I am only receiving the notifications to my e-mail address sometimes. Please let me know if this can be fixed as I am paying for the service now.

    Hi Lisa,

    First off, sorry for any inconvenience caused. After running multiple tests, I have confirmed that some e-mails are not getting through to AOL for some reason. Most likely, one of our mail servers was blocked by AOL.

    I will submit a ticket to report this issue with our higher ups and see if they can do something about it.

    In the mean time, I suggest you to add another e-mail address (e.g., Gmail) in your form's receipient settings. Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings.

    Just make sure to separate the e-mail addresses by a comma.

    Some of our servers are currently blocked from AOL because of a spammer that used JotForm to send spam to AOL addresses. We have already prevented spammers to use JotForm in the future in a similar way, but reputation for some of our servers are still "bad" in AOL. We are currently working on a temporary fix that will send the AOL emails to via another server. We will update this thread when that is available.
