- DubravacAsked on September 30, 2014 at 07:39 AMIs there any way that uploaded files goes only to my Dropbox, so that I don't have to delete files from jotform site when it exceedes 100mb of uploaded space?
My clients uploads files that are about 50-60mb large, so basically, the file size limit allows only one upload of that size, and I have to delete submission almost every day so my clients can upload more files to my Dropbox.
Is there any way we can avoid this?

You can do this by integrating your form with Dropbox in order to upload files directly into a dropbox folder.
The instructions on how to do this can be found here: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
If you have any questions, please post them here.

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement.
Please be noted that any file is uploaded through your form, it is first uploaded to JotForm server and than only it is copied to either dropbox, google drive or any other integration. It is not possible to change this process and send the uploads directly to dropbox.
We do have "Auto Delete Submissions" app which you can take advantage of to auto-delete the submissions as soon as it is received. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well. I have not tested this app with the integration with dropbox or others. I will test it and get back to you if this app can be used to achieve your requirement.

@rehcg: I think we did not understand each other, but ashwin_d have what I need.
@ashwin_d: Yes, that's exactly what I need, just to be sure, this app deletes attached files from JotForm submissions only, not DropBox too?
I'm pretty sure it can not delete attached files from DB, I'm asking just to be sure, so please when you've tested it tell if that's what I was looking for.
Thanks in advance.

Yes that is correct. The "Auto Delete Submissions" app will delete the submission record as sson as it is received which will in turn delete the attached file. It will not delete the attached file from dropbox or any other integration but only delete it from your form's submission page.
I would like to keep you informed that this app will delete the submissions and the attached file but because of a technical glitch, it is currently unable to free up the upload space counter. Our back end team is already looking into this.
