But I do have updated my iPad to iOS8.0.2 and I'm not able to send the report!

The page seems to try to load, but closes and gives the message "Safari couldn't open the page since the network connection was lost" (which it wasn't...)! This happens when I'm attaching a pic.

Without a pic, the upload works, but since the possibility to attach a picture of the customer's business card is one of the major benefits, this HAS to be fixed, otherwise I see no reason for paying....

Update: We tried your solutions but the form does not work when adding pictures.

I have added the link to the form

If I understand you correctly you are still experiencing an issue with losing connection in safari and an image is attached?

I've tested this on my own iOS 8.0.2 Device, but I am unable to replicate the issue. It was the same result and was working on an iPadMini as well.

I would also recommend resetting your device by holding down the Power Button and the Home Button at the same time for roughly 10 seconds. This will reset your device and it will reboot to refresh it then please try again.

If you are still having trouble with it after that then can you please provide us with a link to the jotform which you are having this problem on?
