Jotform emails blocked by ProofPoint

    Jotform emails sent from 152.160.xxx.xxx to us are blocked by ProofPoint. However these IP addresses are not on the list above. Does the list need an update?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To better understand your inquiry, are the Notification email from your form submissions being blocked by ProofPoint? If yes, it could be because in your ProofPoint settings, Jotform's IP address and domain is blocked. Please check this ProofPoint guide to edit your Blocked Sender List.
