Quota Question

    Hello, 

    I received a note that my form is over quota.  When I first embedded the form, I didn't realize I was using the secure link so these went toward my secure submissions.  Once, I realized, I changed my link to the non-secure one.  I continued to use the form, but now it is disabled.  

    Is there a way to continue using the non-secure link.  I'm on the free plan, and right now I only have 18 regular submissions and 11 SSL.

    Hi,

    Since you have already remedied the issue and it's almost the start of a new period for submission limits, I just went ahead and reset your limits and activated your account.  We can only do this once per account so the next time, you would need to either upgrade or wait until the next month.
