I have been having something strange happening with my Jotform.
The forms keep on losing their logos and thenwhen I log in I have to go through a Cloudfire verification. I've done it about 12 times so far but each time I have to do it again.
Can you let me know how I can avoid this in the future please? I'm work from home so am on a small network, not having issues with other sites?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and check if the issue persists with the form logo? Or perhaps the form wasn't save at all? You can also use Revisions History if you want to recover the changes you've made to the form. http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
