    Hi,

I checked your account and it appears as though you are using SSL based submission for your form.  Our "Free" level accounts are only allowed 10 such submissions per month:

    http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

If you have your form embedded to a webpage using the secure method, it will use SSL based submissions.  If you are not collecting sensitive data such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, you do not necessarily need SSL based submission.

Certain types of embeds, such as adding your form to a Facebook tab, will always require these types of submission.

If you do not need to use SSL based submissions, let us know the URL to where your form is embedded and we can help you change the embed code to use regular submissions.  Account limits reset on the 1st of each month so you should be fine with your account limits tomorrow.
