    Hello Support,

I am having trouble on my form at: www.highlandlakeschallenge.com or http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42688494931974

    (see: Registration link)

It is set up the same as another form I have but payments are not being processed and participants are completing numerous registrations it appears by my "incomplete registrations" or "incomplete payments" log.

Some participants registration & payments have gone through successfully and others (majority) have had some hangup they report on the submission to paypal.  I go through the progression successfully when I test.

Is there a way to structure such that I don't have to manually "complete" submission manually?

    Thanks for any hints.

    Sandy

    Hi Sandy.

I suggest looking at these steps here:

    Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ

How to Enable IPN for Paypal

How to Enable IPN for Paypal Pro

Once you set everything as mentioned here our system will be able to 'help' you with the incomplete payments.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Ben,

I very much appreciate the guidelines on enabling the IPN's and searching IPN history. Clear instructions.

My IPN was already  enabled the entire time however.  I have logged on and get through to the paypal payment page but unfortunately I JUST GOT another message from a registrant:

"Online Registration Not Working...keep getting kicked out when I hit first page submit button"

Any help appreciated: form is at "Registration link" (bottom of page) — www.highlandlakeschallenge.com

Incomplete payments are triggered when someone does not complete the payment process.Rather than being a problem with Paypal, it looks like there is a conflict in your page which kicks out your users, preventing them to pay.

So, I would recommend you to remove what it's between <script> tags
