ACCOUNT DISABLED - CANNOT ACCESS TO FIX IT

    I have a client in my account that generates a lot of submissions quickly, and as fast as I clean them out, they get more ... and my account got disabled before I could delete that form. Please let me in to fix the problem!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately you have gone over the monthly limit for submissions for your account.  Removing them will not make this counter go down as it is not related to the storage of your submissions.  Since the monthly reset is tomorrow anyway and you have been a long time loyal user, I went ahead and reset your limits a day early.  You should no longer have any trouble with your forms or your account.
