Reached my SSL form limit, disabling forms?

    Hello!

I received an email warning me I was reaching my limit of 10 SSL form submissions on my free account. My mistake, as I didn't realize there was a limit on secure form submission. So I went back to my form and found the non-secure embed code and updated the link on my Wordpress blog with the regular link. An hour or so after doing that, I received this email:

    Dear juliehrivera,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

I am having trouble figuring out, with the changed link, if my forms will be disabled as this email states. I am nowhere near the 100 form submission limit for non-secured submissions.

I appreciate your time and assistance!

    Sincerely,

    Julie Rivera

    Hello Julie

It is very important to respect the limits of each plan, else the account gets suspended and the forms disabled until the beginning of the next month or until you upgrade. You can consult here the limits of each plan.

I reduced the number of SSL on your account and activated your account, but we can only do this once.

Let us know if we can assist you further.

Thank you for the reply, Carina! Yes, I am now aware of the SSL form limitation on the plan I chose. Can you explain what "reduced the number of SSL on your account" means? Was a form submission removed? I believe I only had 10 SSL forms, though I could be wrong. I think the 11th submission came after I changed the link to a non-secure link code. Also, was the account deactivated at some point today? The email cautioned it would be affected tomorrow if I did not take action.

I am just trying to understand if I lost a form somewhere! I would hate to not reply to a potential client.

    Thank you for your assistance!

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear in my reply. I only edited the counter, all your submissions are intact unless you already erased some. The counter has now 8 SSL submissions. By the way erasing submissions does not affect the monthly submissions counter. The submissions counter only gets reset once per month at the beginning of each month. Erasing submissions only affects the available space limit (100 MB for the free accounts).

Also your account wasn't deactivated, it was only scheduled to become suspended tomorrow as the email stated.

Sorry for not being clear. if you need further support please let us know, as we are here to help.
