why was I downgraded

    I was informed by email that I was downgraded and I do not know why... and if I have a surge of new form fillers, will you let me know that so I may pay to not have my forms disabled as that is very imortant to me and my friends?

    Your Paypal subscription was canceled on July 7th. If you did not cancel it intentionally, PayPal probably did it automatically probably because your credit card expired, or you removed the credit card from your PayPal account.
