SGC_CAFSAsked on October 1, 2014 at 5:25 AMI need to change the "http" in an official form, because now the official version is another form (modified version) which has another "http" ("http 2"). So people can access it as usual.

Is this what you are referring to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP/2. We currently don't support that as it is new and this was just proposed to be used as a standard by December 2014.
We have a custom URL, but that will still run using HTTP and not HTTP/2. Please check our guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form.
