i cant received the customer form data

just received my customer feedback that never reply them for a long time, but we didnt received any form data in our inbox, after checking found that all the form data didnt send out to my email , and keep its in the submission folders as pending status. need retrieve all the pending mail as soon as possible so that can reply customer, thanks!

I can see that your email is not on the bounce list anymore. Ashwin_D already removed you on the bounce list based on this thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/361122-Emails-not-Being-Received-Email-on-Bounce-List#7)
