Delete my account?

I want to delete my account.

Hi,

I just wanted to clarify before deleting your account.  Did you want to simply cancel your subscription?  If so, here is how to cancel:

If you would like us to fully delete your account, forms, submissions and all, we can do this also.  I would recommend cancelling your subscription first in either case.
