Is Jotform experiencing any issues?

    We have had several customers say they have placed orders, but we've received nothing. I have done a test myself and made a payment and it hasn't worked.

     

    Please assist.

    UPDATE: orders and payments are coming through with about 1 hour of delay. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I just made a test payment to myself to make sure that transactions are going through properly and it is taking a bit of time to go through

    The submission and payment went though immediately and it was deducted from my account, but it has now been roughly 10 minutes with nothing reflected in my PayPal account.  I believe the issue may be with PayPal as everything else along the chain seems to be working immediately.

    Hello-

    To add to that, here's an FAQ from PayPal regarding delays in transactions. PayPal reserves the right to delay them up to 21 days as part of their security check. Typically this doesn't happen, but an hours long delay is within their terms of service.
