Form changes won't reflect on the form when it appears in the browser.

    I followed the instructions and was able to remove the $60 option.
    I then embedded the new set-up and copied and pasted the code provided.
    But it doesn't reflect on the form when it appears in the browser. ???

    You might probably need to remove the current code in your webpage and grab a fresh version, which would bring the custom CSS changes applied to your form.
