Account upgrade

    I just upgraded my account to the Premium version but that has not been reflected in my jot form account yet. When will the upgrade take effect? How do I know if I am missing submissions and how many?Thanks, Jono

    Hi ecbudesign,

    I was able to check your account in our membr database and I can see that it is currently upgraded to a Premium account. Please log out from your JotForm account and log back in again and see if the status is now changed.It may help to clear your cookies and cache as well.
