One of my forms exports as a corrupt file that crashes Excel. I've downloaded it multiple times, on multiple computers, on multiple browsers, but each file that is exported crashes Excel. I've never had this issue with any other form before. I tested this across similar forms with no issue. Could you please advise?

Please provide us with a form name/link, so we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.

    Thank you.

For some reason, the Excel does not like links within text. It might be related to the way that we generate the Excel file, so I will escalate a bug report ticket to see if we can do anything about this.

You might consider editing your submissions to remove the links.

Alternatively, just ignore the warning in Excel and open 'corrupted' file. It does not crash Microsoft Excel 2007 on my end. Also, you can try to manually repair downloaded report.

Repair a corrupted workbook (Excell 2013)

Repairing a corrupted workbook (Excell 2007)

We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

The issue seems to no longer exist after the recent fix. Could you please let us know if it is still not working properly?

    Kind regards
